Come Unto CHRIST!

Bula Vina'a!
We had another great week! Vilise and Meli were baptized on Sunday so that was probably the highlight of our week. It's been a long road and so the end seems extra sweet! All of the stress, sweat, and tears were all worth it when they bore their emotional testimonies after their baptisms. It's been so rewarding to see the tremendous changes in their lives. We are so excited for them! The baptism went so smoothly. No overflowing fonts or baptizees not showing up, or forgotten towels or skirts etc. It was a happy, happy day!
Another exciting highlight of our week was exchanges.  It was my first time having exchanges so I was a little nervous but everything worked out so well! The Sister Training Leaders came in from Ba for just 24 hours but I learned so much in a small amount of time. They are tremendous examples to me. True Leaders. They motivated and inspired us to continue in the work. And we could feel of their genuine love for us. Part of our adventures on exchanges included making pancakes for mission prep class and OYMing a drunk for over half an hour. I'm pretty sure we know WAY more about his life than we should ha.
One of our most exciting and refreshing lessons this week was with Ozie. Ozie is Hindu and Vegan and so sweet. He's our friend. We love him. Last week we taught him about Heavenly Father and Prayer and his first question was "How do I enter your church?" Talk about Golden. We met with him again last night and he told us all about how he was praying and trying his best to be good.  We were a little nervous because neither of us had taught someone with a non-Christian background. But we just prayed for the direction of the spirit and did our best. It was such a great lesson. It's kind of overwhelming to teach someone about Christ. Where do you begin? But he was very receptive and soaked up everything we gave him. He asked for pictures of Christ to hang in his work and room. At the end, as we were bearing testimony of Christ's love for him individually, the spirit was so strong. Such an incredible experience.  I felt like we were truly fulfilling our purpose as a missionary by helping someone come unto Christ. We were on cloud 9. I'm excited to watch Ozie progress and I hope I am still here when he is baptized! :)

I love being a missionary!!!! I love this work! And I LOVE this Gospel! :)
